My 09 is FBO has been trouble free. Just oil changes, brake pads and tires.

I know this is an old video but it sums up why people stopped watching terrestrial TV. "It won't change down when you want" Yeah....because you are at way too high revs and the car doesn't want to explode the gearbox by putting 9000rpm so you can't shift into first. This car gives you the gear you want every single time unless you are already in the lowest possible gear for the engine speed. Also, the beeps on the upshift are not even remotely intrusive or annoying. They are really useful.

Im lucky enough to own one of these - What a machine! best car ive owned! I think its time to go out and burn rubber!

I still have my 08 Lexus isf. Has 140k miles and it’s been through a valley plate gasket and a fuel pump. Not a single other pet has failed. Just regular maintenance.

The Lexus isf is really sleep on car

I think it does have a rev light, is an adjustable ring light on the tachometer, unless it was added on later models. The same for maximum speed warning ring, well, for the speedometer, adjustable as well.

To some, Lexus never meant boring, is = altezza, altezza was legendary.

Fuck it, Tiff. If your near 6000 rpm and you want to shift down, it’s pretty clear the car refuses to do that. And thank god, the car stays in the rev limiter instead of shifting up automatically. That’s how it should work, so why complaining about a few beeps?

I had the chance to drive this (300 mikes uk roads) and boy is it better than bmw m3. And nobody battered an eye lid until i started it up.

Tiff's review is always a lot more consistent and balanced than an idiot called Clarkson. Like this one too.

Some bolt-ons and maybe an ECU flash and you get 500hp at the crank and no compromised reliability.

mad respect for u Paul for the money u make on detailing. people will always have negative things to say because they don't make that. I have a mobile detailing business myself so I know how much work it takes. I never hate on where someone is from or there appearance. its the job that a person does when he or she is done. its all about customer satisfaction. keep pushing to be the best u can be.

Is the 6000 pound car wax a thousand times better than Simoniz original carnauba wax which costs approximately 6 pounds, I think not. Believe me the Simoniz original wax sets like concrete and gives an impressive sheen. A single bucket method is better than a two bucket method provided one either uses a fresh clean wash mitt each time it goes into the bucket, or the mitt is thoroughly rinsed through using fresh water from a hose on a jet setting before it is dunked again into the shampoo bucket. From what I could see neither practice was being adhered to, so doubtless when Paul had finished washing the car there would be more micro scratches in the clear coat. Still as he was going to compound and polish the car it frankly would have made little difference. Good luck to Paul Dalton if he can get away with charging plonkers with more money than sense such high prices. Personally I think a lot of this high end detailing malarkey is complete bullshit and hype. If one uses common sense and care, excellent results can be achieved without having to spend thousands.
